Welcome to Fitertz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fitertz platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITERTZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
