Note: This page outlines the security practices Fitertz uses to protect your data and our platform. For information about how we collect and use data, see our Data Use & Privacy Overview.
Introduction
Security is a core priority at Fitertz. We implement technical, organizational, and operational measures designed to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Services and the data entrusted to us.
1. Infrastructure security
Our platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundant systems, network segmentation, and automated failover. Production environments are isolated from development and staging, and all infrastructure is continuously monitored for anomalies.
2. Data encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms. Encryption keys are managed with strict access controls and rotated on a regular schedule.
3. Access controls
Access to production systems and customer data is granted on a least-privilege basis. Multi-factor authentication is required for all internal accounts. Access requests are logged, reviewed, and revoked when no longer needed.
4. Monitoring and incident response
We maintain continuous monitoring across our systems to detect and respond to security events. Our incident response plan defines procedures for identification, containment, remediation, and notification in the event of a security incident.
5. Compliance
Fitertz maintains compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR. We undergo regular security assessments and work with independent auditors to validate our controls and practices.
6. Vulnerability management
We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests on our platform. Identified issues are prioritized and remediated based on severity. We also maintain a responsible disclosure program for security researchers.
