Sales Conversion Manager
Fitertz is looking for a fitness professional who can combine strong communication skills with sales and client understanding. As a Sales Conversion Manager, you’ll work remotely with partner gyms to manage incoming leads, conduct initial conversations, support client consultations, and help convert prospects into memberships and Personal Training programs using Fitertz CRM.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the fitness industry and enjoys speaking with people, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right fitness solution. You’ll work closely with gyms to ensure every lead is followed up professionally, every opportunity is tracked, and prospective members receive a smooth experience from their first enquiry to conversion.
What you'll do
- Manage and follow up with gym leads through calls, WhatsApp, and Fitertz CRM
- Understand prospect goals, requirements, and objections
- Conduct initial client consultations and guide prospects toward suitable services
- Drive membership and Personal Training conversions
- Schedule consultations, trials, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in Fitertz CRM
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion performance
- Coordinate with the gym team when an on-site visit or physical interaction is required
- Share regular sales and performance updates with the gym
